We feel so enriched by the experiences we shared with you at Nambiti Hills. We shared with you an amazing time – We were spoilt on day 1 within half an hour of arriving - we saw 2 male lions and 1 lioness, followed by sightings of just about everything the next day. Add to which our great adventure with the elephant! The food, the rooms, décor facilities and excellent staff mad for an unbelievable stay!! We will be back for more in the near future hopefully!! I can’t wait to download my 1000 + photo’s and start some serious painting with the red wine I spoke of. Thank you for making it so special for our children. Thanks! Just spent three days in Paradise! Amazing location, fabulous views and the best entertainment you can buy. Saw all the big names up close, and a few minor celebrities too, such as the dung beetle complete with dung ball!! Hope you are well? It was AMAZING! We enjoyed it thoroughly! Feels like a week ago that we were there trying to catch up to work...
The lodge is beautiful, it is breath-taking, the decor is amazing, the fine detail in the rooms, in the main lodge and all the beautiful animal portraits puts you in a bushy relaxed feeling the whole time! The decor is really outstanding!
We dined to the last bit and the food was delicious!! Redge loved the crème Brule so much he ate it every night.
The Ostrich, venison and beef fillets were soft as soft can be with the best sauces, they veggies were a bit scarce, but the other food made up for it.
Service was overall very good to meet our needs.
The weather was not ideal for fishing, but the big 5 surely made up for it. The animals there are not overstocked on the reserve for viewing pleasure, but in perfect balance. The wind was blowing a bit, but we saw the big five (if you include the leopard cub at the cubs project.
We went to see the cubs and I wanted to put the Meerkat in my pocket and take it back home with us.
Was very nice to get up close and personal.

I just wanted to say that we had an awesome time when we stayed at Nambiti for two nights on Honeymoon during October. We loved the rooms, the game, Brendan (our awesome guide), the stunning lodge, all the staff and the luxury of it all!

I wanted to let you know that the food was phenomenal! I think when we were there; there might have been a new menu in the works, as we had not only Bryce cooking, but another female Chef who has worked in the yachting industry. I myself work as a chef on a yacht and have been privileged with eating out at some of the world's best restaurants and the food was incredible, not only in taste but presentation. A wonderful experience!
We were treating a friend from the UK to a night at Nambiti Hills and couldn't have chosen a better place to relax and catch up, surrounded by the most incredible scenery and 5 Star treatment. We are seasoned game lodge visitors from Durban, and have travelled to game reserves all over Africa. We regularly go to Phinda and the Pongola area, to 5 Star lodges there, and this is the first time we have visited a game reserve in the Ladysmith/Battlefields area. It was a surprisingly wonderful experience and way beyond our expectations. We will definitely be going back to Nambiti Hills. The best part of our stay was watching the cheetahs and their kill, how lucky and blessed to have had that opportunity! The staff is warm and so friendly. You feel instantly welcome and at home. Can’t get over the beauty of the interior decorating. One attention to detail is quite spectacular. This is luxury at its best for a game lodge. A job well done, fit for princesses!
